Invoice Cloud FAQ’S

Have you tried our new invoice cloud payment system? After 2 months we have received a lot of positive responses and seen an increase in online payments. Here are a few FAQs we have been receiving!

Is my old auto pay still active?

Yes. If you were previously enrolled in ACH through the City you will continue to see your bills paid automatically.

Are there fees for paying online?

There are no fees for customers to pay online, the City incurs all credit card fees.

Is my old log in information still valid?

No. The old VCH system and the new InvoiceCloud system are not affiliated. If you would like an online account, you will need to re-register.

How do I register for an account?

Go to invoicecloud.com/waconiamn at the very top of the page click ‘Sign In’. Then on the page that loads click “Register”. Or if from a mobile device, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Not Registered? Click to Register”.

What is the secure code that is required to enter?

That is an online security measure. You simply need to type in the combination of letters and numbers that appear into the entry field.

What is the difference between auto pay & scheduled payments?

AutoPay is an automated process which pays your balance in full each billing cycle on the due date. Scheduled payments are manually entered by you for the date you choose. Reoccurring Scheduled payments allows you to choose the date you’d like the payment to be sent.
